LUNCH & LEARN MEETING
June 11 - Michael Fertig
Your Power Years

On June 11, at 11:15 am, the Pittsburgh Coaches Association's Lunch and Learn is for everyone who is part of the Boomer Generation. "Your Power Years: A Preview of Tomorrow's Possibilities" will be presented by Michael Fertig.

Click to register online with PayPal or a major credit card - Register by June 6: $30 for Members and $40 for all others.  (After June 6, $40 for all.)

Your "power years" are a period of renewal and reinvention marked by accumulated wisdom, skills and wealth - and a sense that this is not a time of decline but instead, the beginning of an exciting new chapter. It is a time of new freedoms and new opportunities - a time to pursue your dreams.

By attending this luncheon at the Grand Concourse, you will appreciate how the Boomer Generation has transformed every life stage they have inhabited. Mike will also help you understand the longevity revolution and how it will change our society, communities, families and the marketplace.

Recognize the difference between a traditional linear life and the opportunities inherent in the new cyclic life paradigm and learn how retirement is being re-visioned and what these "power years" can mean to your life.

Teleclass topics range from exceptionality to creating space, leadership, career tips and finding your dreams, and can help people to make important changes and take steps to reach their potential.

This month's teleclasses are on June 18. Join us for a great learning experience with Pittsburgh coaches. Teleclasses take place throughout the day and are free to anyone who registers. Click here to register for one or all of the teleclasses. Registration takes only 30 seconds and is FREE. A conference call number will be immediately sent to you by e-mail.

On Wednesday, June 18 at 1:00 p.m., Diana Fletcher will present the teleclass Secrets to Creating Space for Crazy, Busy Women Entrepreneurs. Diana notes that "We are all so busy, with so many demands on our time. How do we fit in everything we want to do? We create space." Diana will teach you how to do what you need to do to live the life you are meant to live--happy, successful and stress-free.

Diana Fletcher, a life coach, writer, educator and motivational speaker, is referred to as the TotalHealth Coach. Diana specializes in helping individuals, clients, groups and families make healthy eating and exercise a part of daily life without stress. Coaching is personal and confidential. Diana helps people get results.

Diana's newly released book, Creating Space: 38 Strategies to Help You Make Time for What's Important. was written for those who are sick and tired of multi-tasking and want to find a new way to live, get things done, and live an outstanding life. The book is available at www.creatingspacebook.com or at amazon.com.

Imagine stretching out your arms and gently pushing everything out of the way, creating space, just for you. Clear the area around you and feel an oasis of calm and quiet. This is the space where you will be able to create the life you want, the life you were meant to live. We are all so busy, but what are we doing? We go through our days, trying to fit in more and more, yet what we need to do is slow down and focus. This book is the solution. It is NOT a book about multitasking. Instead, this book is about creating openings, eliminating distractions and focusing on what is truly important...your life!

Read Diana's new book, Creating Space, and you will learn the key to getting more done in less time, how to plan your day so you complete ALL of your important tasks and where the quiet spaces are in your life, so you can work without being interrupted. It can also teach you how you can take away stress before your day even starts - and how to stop procrastinating - right now!

Life Coach Diana Fletcher is a master at helping people balance healthy living with all the other demands in their lives!
